Account Supervisor. Full time position in Cambridge, MA
The Account Supervisor leads the team in all aspects of the client-agency relationship. The successful candidate will have the ability and understanding to align both strategy and tactics with the overall brand vision, present/sell high-quality deliverables, manage compliance with client contract and budget, and handle financial management and reporting. The Account Supervisor may supervise direct reports and is responsible for agency personnel management and development.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Minimum of 5 years of medical marketing or healthcare agency management experience
· Prefer experience in MS or other auto-immune disease areas
· Strong communication skills, excellent writing skills
· Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comprehensive, strategic and systematic thinker
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems
